(Denver, Colo.) Generation Development has launched sales on The Arbory, a 41-unit condominium project at 1601 Park Ave. in Denver’s City Park West neighborhood.
Condos in the five-story building range from 552 square feet to 1,361 square feet and include a mix of one-bedroom; one-bedroom plus den; two-bedroom; and two-story, two-bedroom units that live like a townhouse. A two-bedroom penthouse also is available.
