The Arbory: Construction Update + Residences Under Contract

Construction is progressing nicely at The Arbory, making the building look more complete each week. In fact, DenverInfill just shared a fun project update, including these great images.

Additionally, here are a few other highlights of construction:

• Drywall has been installed in all eight 2-story 2-bedroom residences, and they’re now working to install hardwood floors in those homes
• Drywall on Level 2 is almost complete & they’ll soon move up to Levels 3-5
• The internal courtyard siding is complete and the street facing siding will be completed soon
• The Wöhr parking system is in and awaiting permanent power to start testing. We can’t wait to share a “show and tell” of this system

Sales Update

We currently have 20 residences under contract, leaving a great mix of 21 homes available from $430,000 to $1,050,000.
